•  24 Hour Cancellation Policy
   Please respect our 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that occur less than 24-hours in advance of
   the booking time will be subject to the court fee. We understand that many unforeseen circumstances can
   cause late cancellations; however, the financial responsibility for such circumstances lies with the individual
   and not  the club.

•  Booking Policy
   Bookings are accepted up to one week in advance. Courts can be booked either in person or by calling
  457-2444.

•  Gold Membership Booking Policy
   Gold members are entitled to two outstanding pre-booked singles courts or four doubles during prime
   time in a 7-day period; limited to 2 hours play on any pre-booked court daily. Gold members are entitled to
   unlimited walk-on play, which is not applicable during tournaments. Limited application to lessons.
   Cancellation policy applies.

•  Membership Tenure
   Memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

•  Permanent Time
   Permanent weekly time is available. To reserve court time each week, you may purchase blocks of time in
   advance. Permanent time is not available to Gold members.

•  Guests
   Each membership comes with two complimentary guest passes. Additional passes may be purchased for
   $3.00 each. Each guest is responsible for their own court fee. Members are welcome to bring as many
   guests as they wish. However, each guest may only come twice throughout the season.
